About Us

The Highlands of Santa Maria is located off Old Perkins Road, in the back of Santa Maria subdivision.  Our home sites are situated along the fairways of Santa Maria golf course, specifically holes 1 - 4 and 8 - 9, and adjacent to the confluence of Wards Creek and scenic Bayou Manchac.  The first house in the subdivision was built in 2005.  There are 142 homes in The Highlands, with 1 empty lot remaining at this time.  Our HOA Board of Directors is made up of 5 homeowner volunteers.  The day to day operation of the HOA is run by Keystone Property Management.
