Design Change Request
All homeowners are required to follow the Design Review process when making any changes to the exterior of their property. The process consists of completing the Design Review Application (link below) and forwarding all required documentation and review fees to Keystone Property Management:
The Design Review process is only required for CHANGES, not for Replacement in Kind. Examples of when a Design Review is NOT required are:
- Painting the house the same color
- Replacing the roof with the same shingle style and color
- Replacing a fence with the same style, color, and height
- Sprucing up existing landscaping.
Examples of when a Design Review IS required are:
- Painting the house a different color or shade
- Installing a new fence or making a change to an existing fence
- Installing a new generator
- Modifying existing landscaping or removing trees
